Description:

Casper went missing in a storm around the beginning of June. He lives in downtown Castlegar but could be anywhere from the river to Arrow Lakes Drive if he followed the train tracks. He is very shy and easily frightened. He is medium sized and very fluffy. He's mainly black with white markings around his neck and paws.
