**Applications are required prior to meeting our adoptables because they are fostered in private family homes.  This also assists us in ensuring a good fit for the adopter and the cat.   Forms are on the main page, under “adopt”**

Emery is Eli’s sister.  They were living outside in a rural area and found their way to a kind person’s farm who started feeding them and reached out to KAAP.   Emery is timid but very, very sweet once she knows you are kind.  She has lovely soft fur and a soothing purr.  She is well on her way to being an amazing companion.   Emery LOVES GinGin who is also in foster.  They come from 2 different places but have bonded beautifully so in a perfect world we’d love to see them adopted together to carry on their friendship.   She would love another cat companion in her new home.   She is a bit nervous of the big dog in her foster home, but she may adjust okay to a smaller, less noisy dog in time.

We are looking for an indoor home for this girl, or one that will keep her inside for a very long time until she is much more confident and won’t spook and disappear the minute she gets outside.  She’s very happy being inside warm and loved on.

Emery has been vet checked, vaccinated (including booster shots), dewormed, spayed and microchipped.
