If you’re looking for the perfect dog, look no further! Lego is the quintessence of what many would call a “good boy!” He is a mix and match of all sorts but is most likely a cross of Blue Heeler and Rottweiler based on his coloring, his big head and short snout.

He wants to be everyone’s best friend and has this incredible super power where his tail never stops! Lego loves being an active boy, so big hikes and mountain biking are a few of his favorite. He tries his very best to please and enjoys the company of all. Since he is always excited to see everyone, he has the tendency to stand up and say hello but we are working on controlling yourself when we get too excited.

His recall is good, but when he sees another dog, he may take a couple of prompts to come back as he is eager to make friends. When it’s rest time, Lego’s head will often find its way into your lap for some nice pats and cuddles. He loves to show his affection through relentless kisses but can be called off if said kisses are not desired.

Lego man is good with other dogs and lives with a cat in his foster home. He would be very happy to live with another friend but would also be great on his own.

The final thing you should know about Lego is that he has the brightest smile in all the Kootenay’s! Everyday when you get home, he is waiting for you with a big, cheesy grin on his face (not to be mistaken for a snarl)!

So, if you are looking for man’s best friend then look no further than this smiling, goofy, loving sweetheart! Lego-man is the man!

The adoption fee for Lego is $350. He has been vaccinated and neutered. If you are interested in adopting Lego, please click the link above to reach the application form. KAAP adoptions include a reference check and home visit to ensure our dogs are going to the very best homes. Due to this, we will be accepting applications from the West Kootenay region only. We reserve the right to select, in our view, the applicant that is the best match; not first come/first served. Completed applications are required to meet Lego in his foster home.
