** Applications for KAAP pets are required prior to meeting them because they are being fostered in private family homes**
** The kittens have had their vet check, first set of vaccinations and have been dewormed. Their adoption fee of $250 also includes their spay/neuter and a microchip when they are old enough**
** We will give preference to those with another friendly pet in their home so kittens are not alone/lonely when the humans are away. Better yet, adopt a pair and have double the fun forever!
*** Adopter is only responsible for the booster vaccines, which are due 4 weeks after their first set**
These 6 little ones have quite a story. Andi came into KAAP as the sole surviving kitten with her mom. Shortly after they arrived, we were asked to take in 5 little ones who seemingly had been orphaned or abandoned, and thankfully the nursing mama took them on as her own and did a great job raising them.
** ADOPTED** # 2886 – Andi (female): Andi is a feisty, active and playful little Tortie. At some point in her first week, she suffered an injury which resulted in the loss of 1/2 her tail, so she has a short little tail that just adds to her awesomeness. She is very typical Tortie, always the first one investigating and looking for mischief to get into. She also has the most unique, amazing yellow spot on the back of her head, like the sun hit it and painted it.
# 2896- Nugget (male) – Nugget is a teeny tiny little ball of sweetness. He loves to explore everywhere and be part of the action.
#2897- Hoagie (male): A little shy with strangers to start with, this little dude is just sweet and precious. He is playful and silly, but also seems to like to watch the shenanigans from afar. There’s just something about him that will melt your heart. He loves cuddling up to his foster mom all night.
# 2898- Cupcake (female): Cupcake is the female version of Hoagie, sweet and precious. She can also be a wee bit shy with new things, but has done great and is ready for her own human (s) to love her.
# 2899 – Waffles (female): Waffles is teeny tiny, and quite a bit shyer than her siblings. She definitely needs another friendly cat in her new home, or to go with a sibling. She’s sweet as pie, but retains a bit of nervousness until she’s really comfortable and confident. Maybe not the best kitten for small kids or a loud, busy home.
** ADOPTED** # 2900 – Bisquits (male): Bisquits is Waffles twin. He’s a bit bigger than his sister, and is for sure more outgoing. He was the first one to climb up on foster mom’s bed and purr. He’s interested in everything you do, and if you sweep the floor you will have a little helper leaping around and carrying on – silly boy!
