Willow is a sweet and loving indoor cat who has been with us since she was a kitten (9 years). Unfortunately, in the last two years, Willow hasn’t adapted well to changes within our home and has experienced a significant change in her behaviour, which is no longer working for our family. Willow lives in a home with another cat and two dogs and has always got along well with them until the last couple of years where she has shown to be very stressed in their presence, resulting in hissing, meowing and scratching. We also recently welcomed a new baby into the home and her behaviour has worsened to a point of her hissing/meowing at our infant. We have had Willow checked at the vet to ensure good health which is always the case, attempted changing her sleeping/litter situation, purchased pheromone plug ins and collars (which do seem to calm her), but sadly we have not seen any changes and have had to make the difficult decision to re home her. We are very confident that Willow would do well in a calm environment where she is able to get lots of one on one attention and be treated like the queen she is!
