Denali is officially back on the lookout for his forever family! This handsome 6-month-old Shepherd mix is returning to us through no fault of his own, and he is more than ready to find a team to join for life’s big adventures.

If you’re looking for a co-pilot who is as smart as he is sweet, Denali might just be your perfect match. He is high-energy, incredibly friendly, and always wants to be where the action is. He’s a social butterfly who thrives on inclusion. Denali is a total pro with house manners! He is fully crate trained and has had zero accidents in his foster home. He is good with other dogs and would do wonderful in a home with children. He hasn’t been tested with cats yet, so a slow introduction would be best. Denali is a big fan of toys and is always up for a game of fetch or a long hike.

Denali is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on the vast majority of his vaccinations.

Note: He will require his final Lepto booster at the beginning of June. This booster will be the responsibility of his new adopter to ensure he stays healthy and protected!

We are seeking an active, loving home that can keep up with a growing pup’s energy. Whether it’s hitting the trails, practicing new tricks, or playing in the yard, Denali just wants to be by your side.

Denali’s adoption fee is $500.

KAAP adoptions include a reference check and home visit to make sure our pups are placed in safe, loving, and well-matched homes. Please note that adoptions are not first come, first served—we reserve the right to select the applicant we feel is the best fit for our pups. Applications will only be accepted from the West Kootenay region at this time.
