Ranger is the sweetest boy who is looking for a forever home. He needs to be the only dog in the household but has lived with cats previously. He is able to walk alongside and past other dogs without issue but has been dog reactive in the past and needs to be walked on leash and muzzled to avoid any uncontrolled interactions. He is muzzle trained and is very comfortable wearing it- he will come with his own custom biothane muzzle! We are muzzle enthusiasts here at Gracie’s and please only inquire if you are willing to continue to utilize the tool that gives him so much freedom.

Ranger LOVES butt scratches, fetch, treats, and any human (big or small) that is excited to see him. He can be left alone for an extended period of time without being destructive and is fully housetrained.

Ranger has had negative veterinary experiences in his past, and can respond reactively out of fear in clinic. Because of this, he requires sedation for full exams and bloodwork. He does well wearing a muzzle for in-home vaccine appointments without sedation. His current vet is Maybank Mobile Veterinary and we recommend continuing with a mobile vet that is able to do at home appointments where he is comfortable.

His adoption fee is $300 which includes up to date vaccinations, a dog bed, collar, leash, a bag of food, and a custom muzzle.
